CINCINNATI - Tri-State parents may want to consider buying school supplies a little earlier than normal.
Several retailers are offering some of their best sales in July.
OfficeMax
If consumers go to OfficeMax, they can get several school supplies for free.
This week's sale includes:
a free one-subject notebook when two sharpie markers are purchased
a free 64-pack of crayons when an 8-pack of washable markers are purchased
a free pack of mechanical pencils when a pack of pens is purchased
The sale ends Saturday (July 30), with more sales coming out next week.
OfficeMax competitor Staples has its own deals
Customers who purchase any backpack will get 50-percent back in Staples rewards.
Another option is buying a Back To School Savings Pass for $10. It will take 15-percent off school supplies, backpacks and calculators.
The store has several other deals such as buying two binders to get a third one for free.
A lot of these sales are timely so be sure to check the dates on when they end.
