All-Day kindergarten is quite a hot topic these days and while most agree it's a good idea for a variety of reasons, funding it during these tough times is quite a dilemma.

Barbara Bradley, the Superintendent for Clermont County Schools, shared the secret to her schools' success along with the philosophy behind having all-day classes.
